Introduction

1.1 To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.2 Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

2.3. Pack the Items: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
2.4. Ship the Package: We will send our delivery team to collect the item in its original condition.
3. Refund Process:
3.1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
3.2. Refund: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
